I have the right to decline or cancel a commission.

Reasons may include：the request is beyond my skill set, a violation of my TOS, personal comfort, etc.

Do not ask me to replicate other people's artstyle.

I use IbisPaint to draw, so I am unable to provide source files.

My works are NOT for AI training, NFTs, and other blockchain-related technologies.

You are allowed to make small modifications to the commissioned piece (ex. adding frames, filters, stickers, and such) but do not draw over the artwork.

Do not claim that you made the art yourself.

Frequent harassment or bad conduct during the commission process will result in a non-refundable cancellation and you will be blacklisted.

Payment mode： VGen／Ko-fi／GCash (for locals only)

Payment method： full upfront or 50/50 (pay half upfront and the rest before I send the full artwork)

Turnaround Time：1～3 months

Due to my sporadic schedule and working conditions, I will not accept rush orders.

The sketch will be sent within 1-2 weeks.

You may ask for updates once every 10 days, but it may take longer depending on my current situation／health condition.

I typically send an update in the following stages：Sketch → Base Color → Final Output

But I may occasionally send a Lineart and/or Rendering update if I feel I'll take longer on the piece.

a watermarked, low quality preview of the final product will be sent before confirming the final payment.

The files will be delivered through Google Drive after completing the payment.

You may cancel your commission only before I work on the sketch.

No refunds after finalizing the sketch.

I reserve the right to use the commissioned work for my portfolio and post them on social media. Please inform me beforehand if you want the commission to be private.

I reserve the right to reuse the rejected drafts in my future works.

My commissions are for personal use only, unless specified otherwise.

Availing commercial use is only required if you plan to make a profit with the commissioned work or product in any shape or form. Classification below：

PERSONAL = uploading or using the work in your personal accounts; making merchandise for your own use, and other activities you won't profit from. Credit is required where possible.

COMMERCIAL = promotion and distribution of merchandise; using the work in your published works (novel/game/etc.), streaming or business identity, and other activities that you profit from.

Unlocking commercial use is a one-time payment, typically starting from $50 but are otherwise a case-by-case basis. This also applies to my designs.

Once obtained, you may use the character however you like, given that it's covered within my terms. No need to ask for permission!

I retain the intellectual rights to the original art and design, please credit me when using or reposting my art.

By default, my designs are set to personal use only. Contact me if you want to unlock commercial use later on. (for designs specifically made for trades, they automatically receive commercial rights)

My designs are NOT for AI training, NFTs, and illegal activities such as theft, scamming or fraud. Doing so will put you into the blacklist.

When you get blacklisted：I will not revoke the design(s) that you currently own, but you will be banned from getting the rest of my works ♡ _{this also means that once you transfer my design to another person, you won't get them back ever again.}

The only instance where I'll revoke a design is when the owner files a chargeback. Otherwise, it's all yours.

To future owners, please be mindful of this rule! Do a double check before you transfer them to someone else. Failure to comply may also get you blacklisted.

You may redesign the character as you see fit, but please state which version is the original and keep them safe.

Alternate forms of the design (aged up/down, species, AUs, etc.) must not be sold separately.

Do not edit nor draw over my artwork. A new artwork must be made if you want to make changes to the design.

Resell／Trade／Gift OK! Resell and Trades have a 30-day cooldown to prevent design flipping.

You may resell for only equal to the price obtained or lower, unless commissioned art is included.

When uploading my design to Toyhouse, please register HKR as the creator on-site. For scrapped designs however, please credit m_r_g_ instead. Make sure to do this as I don't allow my designs to be credited off-site! Unless both accounts have been closed for some reason, then you may credit my Carrd instead.

You may co-own my designs, but do not make a duplicate profile of the said design. Should there be ownership issues, please settle it only between the parties involved.

You may notify me for ownership transfers only when traded off-site. Make sure to send my TOS to the new owner.

I do not remake profiles for lost or deleted designs, so make sure to keep a copy of the files & proof of purchase／ownership so I can confirm the credit transfer.

Please put a specification in the transfer log (ex. Gift, Art／Character／Voucher Trade, Resale [price], Storage, etc.) for transparency! Not mandatory but rather highly preferred.
