Terms of Services

Hey there! thanks for looking at my wares.
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

☆ General ☆

• I have the right to decline or cancel a commission.
＊Reasons may include: a violation of my ToS, the request is beyond my skill set, or other personal reason.
• Due to my sporadic schedule and work environment, I will not accept rush orders.
• My commissions are, by default, for personal use only. Artworks for commercial use will require further discussion.
• I reserve the right to use the artwork for my portfolio.
• You are allowed to make small modifications to the commissioned piece (e.g. adding frames/borders, stickers, etc.) as long as it doesn't directly change the artwork. (ex. painting over the artwork)
• You must credit me (kinonetic) if you're using/reposting my art elsewhere.
• My art is NOT for AI training or blockchain-related technologies. Doing so will get you blacklisted.

☆ Process ☆

• Payment method: Ko-fi／GCash (local)
• Turnaround time: 2 weeks～2 months
• You must pay 50% of the payment after approving the sketch. The rest should be paid before I send the full-sized artwork.
• You may cancel your commission only before you confirm the sketch.
• Major revisions after the finalized sketch may cost around $3～20 depending on how big of a change it is. While minor revisions are free for the first three (3) times only.
＊However, revisions are completely free during the sketching phase.

Order Form

• Name: so that I can mention you when I post the finished artwork online. Let me know if you prefer to be anonymous instead.
• Style: A or B
• Artwork: bust/half/full (+ if scene and/or ship art)
• Reference: of the character and the pose(s), minimum of 2 pictures. Clear quality preferred.
• Notes: other details such as the character's personality, expression, lighting or mood, etc. (optional)

Type A
An experimental style that uses slightly thicker brushes and colored lines.
Intricate details (such as locs) may not translate well.Type B
My usual artstyle; good for drawing complex details and scenes, but also takes more time.

The prices may vary depending on the complexity of the request.

Please note that I am only declining mecha and muscled characters for now due to my inability to do them justice. Sorry...
