I have the right to decline or cancel a commission.

Reasons may include：the request is beyond my skill set, a violation of my TOS, personal comfort, etc.

My works are NOT for AI training, NFTs, and other blockchain-related technologies.

Please do not ask me to replicate another person's artstyle.

Frequent harassment or bad conduct during the commission process will result in a non-refundable cancellation and you will be blacklisted.

Payment mode：VGen／Ko-fi (int'l) or GCash／Maya／GoTyme／MariBank (local)

Payment method：full upfront or 50/50 (pay half upfront & before I send the final output)

For 50/50 payment option：a watermarked screenshot of the final output will be sent before receiving the other half of the payment.

The files will be delivered through Google Drive after completing the payment.

Turnaround time：6 months max

Due to my sporadic schedule and working environment, I will not accept rush orders.

The sketch will be sent within 2 weeks.

You may ask for updates once every 10 days, but it may take longer depending on my current situation or health condition.

I typically send an update in the following stages：Sketch → Base Color → Final Output

But I may also send a Lineart and/or Rendering update if I feel I'll take longer on the artwork.

You may cancel your commission only before finalizing the sketch, and you cannot use the sketch I provided from that point onward.

Refunds will no longer be possible after proceeding through with the commission.

I reserve the right to use the commissioned work for my portfolio and post them on social media (with watermark). Please inform me beforehand if you want the commission to be private.

You are allowed to make small modifications to the commissioned piece (ex. adding frames, filters, stickers, and such) but do not paint over the artwork.

I reserve the right to reuse the rejected drafts in future works.

My commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

Availing commercial use is only required if you plan to make a profit with the commissioned work or product in any shape or form. Classification below：

PERSONAL = uploading or using the work in your personal accounts; making merchandise for your own use, and other activities you won't profit from. Credit is required where possible.

COMMERCIAL = promotion and distribution of merchandise; using the work in brands, published media (novel/game/etc.), streaming and other activities that you profit from.

Unlocking commercial use is a one-time payment, typically 2~3x of the total price, depending on how you want to use the work.

Once obtained, you may use the character however you like, given that it's covered within my terms. No need to ask for permission! Likewise, I take no responsibility for whatever the owner does with the design, as it is out of my hands now.

I retain intellectual rights to the original art and concept/design execution. Credit me when using my art.

My designs are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. Contact me if you want to unlock commercial use later on.

For designs specifically made for trades, they automatically receive commercial rights.

My designs are NOT for AI training, NFTs, and illegal activities such as theft, scamming and fraud. Doing so will put you into the blacklist.

When you get blacklisted I will not revoke the design(s) that you currently own, but you will be banned from getting the rest of my works♡ _{(this also includes availing my services)}

The only instance where I'll revoke a design is when the buyer files a chargeback. Otherwise, it's all yours.

To future owners, please be mindful of this rule! Do a double check before you transfer them to someone else. Failure to comply may also get you blacklisted.

You may redesign the character as you see fit, but please state which is the new version and keep the original version safe. I am not responsible for recovering lost designs.

Do not edit my artwork. If you want to make changes to the design, please do it in a new illustration.

You can color the transparent lineart (if provided) without modifying any aspect of the design. Again, this part only applies in regards to coloring the original artwork. You are free to redesign them however you like as long as you do not apply the changes on my art!

Resell／Trade／Gift OK!

Trades and Resales have a 14-day cooldown to prevent design flipping.

You may resell for only equal to the price obtained or lower, unless commissioned art is included.

Alternate forms made from the design (species, AUs, etc.) must not be sold separately.

When uploading my design to Toyhouse, please register HKR as the on-site creator. Make sure to do this as I don't allow my designs to be credited off-site! Unless my account has been closed for some reason, then you may credit my Carrd or VGen instead.

You may co-own my designs, but please keep it to one (1) profile only. Should there be ownership issues, please settle it only between the parties involved.

You may notify me for ownership transfers only when traded off-site. Make sure to send my TOS to the new owner.

I do not remake profiles for lost or deleted designs, so make sure to keep a copy of the files + proof of purchase／ownership so I can confirm the credit transfer.

Not required, but I really appreciate it if you put a specification in the transfer log (ex. Gift, Trade, Resale [price], Storage, etc.) for transparency!
